Prof. Dr. habil. Alice-Agnes Gabriel will receive the medal during AGU 2023 in recognition of her significant contributions to Earth science.
Currently she is Associate Professor at the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (IGPP) at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego and Guest Professor at the Institute of Geophysics, Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich, Germany.
