Geo-INQUIRE Annual Meeting (hybrid)

The next Geo-INQUIRE Annual Meeting is kindly hosted by the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) in Rome (hybrid) from 4-6 October 2023.

The presence of work package leaders, task leaders and chairs of governance bodies are expected on-site. If you are in doubt about your participation, please contact your work package leader.

During the second day there will be a room available for splinter meetings on demand (for specific groups, topics, etc.). If you would like to reserve a time slot for such a meeting, please let us know at any time. Otherwise, the room is free to be used spontaneously as well.

There will be a social dinner on the first day for an additional fee. Please fill in the registration forms with the additional information requested, to support the organisation. 

Accommodation: because of the touristic season in Rome, the hotels around the venue are not making pre-bookings with reduced rates. Since the venue is confirmed, we suggest the participants attending the meeting on-site to make reservations as early as possible, to ensure availability and avoid explosive prices.
