Since the project beginning, in October 2022, Geo-INQUIRE promotes equality, diversity and inclusion within the scope of the project. Female colleagues and colleagues working in one of the widening countries, associated countries and outermost regions of Horizon Europe are given special attention during all Geo-INQUIRE application processes.

• 16 Geo-INQUIRE online Seminars with 18 female and 17 male speaker representing women in leadership roles

• Poster at ISC High Performance Conference 2025 by Iris Christadler et al.: "Increasing female attendance and the Geo-INQUIRE training program"

• Organising and financing child care during the workshop "Toward Data Lakes for Recorded and Simulated Earthquake Ground Motions" in September 2024
